#1). Packing List
#2). Return Authorization Number! (RA#).
Write the return authorization number on a copy of your invoice and PLACE THE INVOICE WITH THE RETURN REASON LISTED IN THE BOX. Failure to place the receipt with the RMA number and return reason needed in the box, will delay our ability to exchange the product by up to three weeks. Place the product, with tags still attached and all liners and pads in place into the box and ship back to the address we inform you of.
